Supported Spark™ configurations provide operational-technology (OT) segmentation for manufacturing and distributed sites. Defined zones of trust group the selected networks, devices, applications, services, and data paths.
The site design defines physical and logical segmentation controls, device and protocol support, environmental requirements, remote management, connectivity, and operating responsibilities.

Spark™ can serve as a replacement host for qualified VMware-hosted workloads that fit its single-node operating shape.
The environment uses the supported hypervisor selected for the design, typically KVM. Other hypervisors are supported where the selected configuration qualifies them.

Spark™ uses NetThunder's shared environment-control foundation to keep the host, applications, services, and dependencies connected through change.
When a supported application changes, its configuration and service dependencies remain part of the environment definition. Required state, rules, and templates guide the work; Spark™ compares requested and observed state and records history under the deployment's approval rules.
